Quality Assurance

Kynetia’s quality policy aims solely and exclusively to ensure the full satisfaction of our clients, who will see their expectations met or exceeded in the service provided. We have achieved this, and will continue to do so, by applying our philosophy, which is based on the following points:

  • Attention to the specific needs of each client, providing the most appropriate solutions in each case.
  • Compliance with deadlines, as far as possible.
  • Swift resolution of any incidents, at all times seeking maximum client satisfaction.
  • Friendly treatment and attentive service at all times.

Kynetia takes all possible steps to ensure client satisfaction, beginning with close, ongoing contact, which helps us to identify needs more accurately and at the same time to improve the way we deliver our services.

The project quality assurance plan, which is based on Kynetia’s extensive know-how and development experience, is adapted and agreed with each of our clients in order to ensure full alignment with their needs. The plan establishes the quality assurance principles applied to our products.

The pillars of our quality assurance policy are:

  • Definition of a quality assurance plan for each project – Not all projects are the same, and each will require a specific quality assurance plan in the same way that each needs a specific architecture. Kynetia has a range of standard plans, and these are adapted on the basis of certain guidelines to establish a plan for each project in line with needs based on the size of the project, the number of people involved in the development, initial methodological restrictions imposed by the client, etc.
  • Test Methodology– The testing process must also be adapted to the needs of the project, and in each case different testing techniques may be applied in various ways.
  • Test plan – Having established the guidelines for the work in the PQAP for both the development and the test teams, the latter concentrates on and coordinates testing work in accordance with the test plan.
