Incident Record

The weaknesses identified in the course of tests and reviews are filed together in a joint archive, which is created and configured taking into account the specific needs of each project. This creates a record of incidents and related information for subsequent review.

The review process is established for each project based on needs. Both participants’ roles and the defect monitoring process through to solution are documented in the test plan and the Project Quality Assurance Plan. This documentation serves as a reference for the whole (development and testing) team and the as the basis for the issuance of version reports, which include the enumeration of the defects resolved, among other information, and lists of the matters left over for future versions.
